Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their telecom needs are met, and helping them maximize the value of our TEM services.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Understand and analyze clients' telecom needs, expenses, and usage patterns to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Collaborate with clients to develop and execute telecom expense management strategies tailored to their specific goals and requirements.

Manage and track telecom expenses, invoices, and contracts for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Proactively identify and resolve billing discrepancies and service issues.

Provide regular reports and updates to clients on their telecom expenses and savings achieved through our services.

Stay current with industry trends and technologies to provide clients with informed recommendations.

Work closely with our internal teams, including sales, technical support, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, telecommunications, or a related field.

Previous experience in account management, preferably in the telecom or technology industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Knowledge of telecom expense management principles and practices is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
